Sample Body Corporate Report
A site inspection was undertaken on July 13, 2004, The Chairperson and the On Site Manager Jane were both present.
A walk around the site revealed the following:-
- Irrigation was unsatisfactory.
- A lack of nutrient levels that is revealed in various ways through species selection.
- A need to cull unsatisfactory species due to overcrowding and long-term outcomes.
- A need for heavy mulching of garden beds for preservation of stock and long term soil improvement.
- A requirement for replanting species with a view to a long term outcomes and to enhance the visual appeal of the gardens.
- A replenishing of the stone trim along the peripheral of the garden beds to finish off rejuvenation.
1. The two large Phoenix canariensis were infested with disease and treatment is required of these and two other specimens in the complex. This treatment has to be repeated at least once, sometimes twice depending on results.
